So long that the way to submit a journal had changed and it took me a little while to work out how to do it now

So between been away for xmas, work and flooding here which knocked out the inernet for a while, I haven't been on for the last 3 weeks or so, but come back to find out yesterday I had 325 page views, more than 5 times my previous record and I didn't even do anything O_o

So have something I was poked into doing =P
So by leaving a simple little comment below, I will do all of these:
